If you have multiple transactions attempting to report on the same summary record, TexRev will not allow you create an EDI file. The Duplicate Key Violation Report identifies these transactions for each target summary record's ID.

 

As a summary record's ID is based on its Primary Key Fields' values, the report will list a record's primary key field values, followed by the transactions that contain them.

 

 

You can use these Primary Key Fields to identify the duplicate records within the listed transactions and establish the reason for the duplicate reporting. The Transaction numbers listed tie to the Transaction ID value from the Revenue Reporter Table.
