The Target Taxpayer is a required parameter for a revenue search. The Taxpayer ID is a unique eleven-digit number assigned to each taxpayer by the Texas Secretary of State. TexRev will automatically populate the listbox with the Taxpayer IDs you are authorized to search. You do have the ability to select or deselect all taxpayers by selecting All or None respectively. If you try to run a search without a Taxpayer ID selected, TexRev will ask if you want to search all Taxpayer IDs instead.

 

 

You can also select multiple Taxpayer IDs by holding down the Ctrl button while clicking on the Taxpayer IDs.

 

Known Issues:

 

•In Internet Explorer, you cannot type in any other text boxes after selecting None until you select at least one Taxpayer ID. We are working to resolve this problem.
