Condensate Should Only Be Reported as a Commodity Under Type 2 (Gas) Leases

Description: Message returned if TexRev finds a record reporting condensate (Commodity Type 4) in an oil lease (Lease Type 1). Condensate can only be reported under gas leases (Lease Type 2). Condensate for oil leases should not be reported in the State's Natural Gas System, but as oil in the State's Crude Oil System.
