Use the Export menu item on the Lease Revenue Menu Bar to export data from TexRev to a downloadable file. TexRev will convert the appropriate data to CSV format, viewable in your preferred spreadsheet software. There you can make appropriate edits and import the spreadsheet into the EDI Generator to submit to the State.

 

The Lease Revenue Page's Export feature displays several options when you move the mouse over the Menu Bar.

 

 

•Selected Summary - Exports only the selected summary records on the current page of the Lease Revenue Report

•Selected Details - Exports only the selected detail records within all viewable Detail Record Subreports.

•All Summary - Exports all records currently presented by the Lease Revenue Report, regardless of current page. If you have enabled any filters, the exported data will be limited by those filter settings as well.

 

'To Be' Fields

 

All export files will include columns for "To Be" fields for each volume and value field. "To Be" fields are created by TexRev, which provides them as an aid for creating adjustments to import into the EDI Generator. For purposes of exporting, the values for the 'To Be' fields will be the same as their as their original fields' counterparts.
